Forgot your username for the online shop? Want to check on past orders, update your delivery address or studio details?
You can upload your files though the WeTransfer secure link. Please note: Make sure you include any JAD Order numbers, reference names and colour profiles.
If you use a 3rd party software such as Smart Albums, Fundy Designer or Stomp to design your Jorgensen Album, then it is a simple matter to place your order via our online order form. Simply follow through the steps and at the end, upload your designed album files to our lab.
Currently, this service is only available for Australian and New Zealand clients, though we will be rolling it out for all our customers very soon.
